Investment
Onboarding, success fee, priority
A one-off onboarding fee starts the work and keeps our client list small. The success fee is only due once you have a signed contract. Priority is optional, for tight deadlines.

Who we accept
Application only
We accept a limited number of new clients each week. Every application is reviewed and followed by a qualification call before onboarding.
- Rental budget between €2,000 and €4,000 per month
- Moving to Amsterdam, Utrecht, Almere, Zaandam, Haarlem, Rotterdam or Den Haag
- Employment contract, assignment letter or company sponsorship
- Ready to start within the next three months
